William Tinninghast Bull (November 10, 1865 – November 8, 1924) was an American football player and coach and physician. He played college football at Yale University under head coach Walter Camp from 1886 to 1888.[1] Bull served as the head football coach at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut from 1892 and 1897 and was listed as the head football coach at the Carlisle Indian Industrial School in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1897.[2]
Bull attended the College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and practiced medicine there and at his home in Newport, Rhode Island . He died on November 8, 1924, in Asheville, North Carolina .[3]
