The UTEP Miners football program is a college football team that represents the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). With a history dating back to 1914, UTEP currently competes in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision[1] as a member of Conference USA (C-USA). UTEP currently plays their home games at the Sun Bowl Stadium, located on the campus in El Paso, Texas. Starting the 2013 season Sean Kugler will replace the retired head coach Mike Price.[2]
