The Twin City Gators were a team in the National Indoor Football League (NIFL). The Gators lasted less than one season in the NIFL, ceasing operations shortly after what turned out to be the final home game on April 29, 2006. While the team had folded for all practical purposes, the league paid players to travel to a pair of road games, so that their opponents would not lose home dates. The results in those games were blowout losses.
