Thomas Wright Thompson (January 6, 1927 – October 1, 1990) was an American football linebacker in the National Football League and All-America Football Conference for the Cleveland Browns. He played college football at the College of William & Mary and was drafted in the third round of the 1948 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.
