Tom Huiskens was a player and general manager in American and Canadian football.

In 1969 and 1970, Huiskens played football for the University of Michigan.[1] In the early 1990s, he would become the general manager of the Sacramento Gold Miners, the first American team in the Canadian Football League. The team only lasted two years in California before playing for one more year as the San Antonio Texans and folding in 1995.
