Oniel Theodore Cousins (born June 29, 1984) is an American football guard for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas-El Paso.

Baltimore Ravens[]
Cousins was selected by the Baltimore Ravens as a guard in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft. During his time in Baltimore, Cousins was a backup at the position, seeing some starting time due to injuries.
On August 27, 2011, he was waived by the Ravens.
Cleveland Browns[]
He was claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns on August 29, 2011, and was resigned before the 2012 season.
