Michael Albert Hartenstine (born July 27, 1953 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League. He played for the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.
Prior to entering the NFL, Hartenstine played high school football at Liberty High School in Bethlehem, where he competed in the respected East Penn Conference (the forerunner to the Lehigh Valley Conference).
He played at Penn State University, where he was a collegiate All-American.
