Micheal Christian Barrow (born April 19, 1970 in Homestead, Florida) is a former American football linebacker of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.
In 13 professional seasons, Barrow played for the Oilers, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. While playing for the New York Giants in the 2003 season, he led the NFC with 150 tackles. He finished his career with over 1,000 tackles and 43 sacks.
Barrow now serves as the linebackers coach at the University of Miami.
