Matthew Gillette Robinson (born June 28, 1955) is a former professional American football player. He played quarterback for the University of Georgia. Robinson played in the National Football League from 1977-1982 for the New York Jets, the Denver Broncos, and the Buffalo Bills. He was also quarterback for the Jacksonville Bulls and the Portland Breakers of the United States Football League in 1984 and 1985, respectively.
