Lavelle Hawkins (born July 12, 1986) is an American football wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Titans in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at California.

The Titans selected Hawkins in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He is notable for being the player the Titans selected with the pick they acquired in the Pacman Jones trade, as well as being the first wide receiver the Titans selected in the 2008 Draft. Hawkins started one game and had seven receptions for 68 yards for the season.
