Lamar Holmes (born July 8, 1989) is an American football offensive tackle for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Falcons in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Holmes played college football at Southern Miss. He is from Gastonia, North Carolina and attended Hunter Huss High School.
