Kevin Mark Boothe (born July 5, 1983 in Queens, New York) is an American football guard and offensive tackle who is currently a free agent in the National Football League. He played college football at Cornell University,[1][2] and was selected in the sixth round (176th overall) by the Oakland Raiders in the 2006 NFL Draft.[3] He was the first player drafted from Cornell since 1997. He was a three time All-Ivy League selection and a member of Cornell's Quill and Dagger society. The Ivy League is currently the only conference in NCAA Division I's football championship subdivision to have at least one NFL player from each of its schools.
Early life
Boothe attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,[4] where he graduated in 2001. He finished the 2006 season as the starting right guard for the Oakland Raiders. Was waived by the Oakland Raiders 2007, he has been a member of the New York Giants since then.
