Kenoy Kennedy (born November 15, 1977 in Dallas, Texas ) is a former American football safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the second round of the 2000 NFL Draft and also played for the Detroit Lions . He played college football at Arkansas .
