Keith Daniel O'Neil (born August 26, 1980 in Rochester, Michigan) is a former American football linebacker of the National Football League. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He played college football at Northern Arizona.
O'Neil was also a member of the Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants, and earned a Super Bowl ring with the Colts in Super Bowl XLI.
Early years[]
O'Neil attended Northern Arizona University. He was a four-year letterman and three-year starter who had 225 career stops, 20 sacks, 49 tackles for losses and three interceptions. He was first-team All-Big Sky choice as a junior and senior. O'Neil also earned All-American honors.
O'Neil is from Amherst, New York and attended Sweet Home High School where he was a standout linebacker for the Sweet Home Panthers football team.
