Jon Blackman (born October 8, 1975) is a former professional American football player. In college, he played tight end at Purdue. He has been a member of the Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Las Vegas Outlaws of the XFL. He is a proud father of two girls.
Jon Blackman attended Yorkville High School. He was named Most Valuable Player in the Little Seven Conference. Blackman also was a member of the basketball team.
On September 7, 1998 he was signed to the Indianapolis Colts practice squad. Was signed to active roster on December 1, 1998
