John Walter Siegal (born May 15, 1918) is a former professional American football end/defensive end in the National Football League. He played five seasons for the Chicago Bears (1939–1943). He was born in Larksville, Pennsylvania. As of 2012 he is the 12th oldest living former professional football player and oldest living Chicago Bears player.
