James Henry Francis (born August 4, 1968 in Houston, Texas) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League for the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins. He played college football at Baylor University and was drafted in the first round (twelfth overall) of the 1990 NFL Draft.
James Francis was in 2007 being held by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department as he owed nearly $905,000 in delinquent child support.[1]
