Jack Novak was a player in the National Football League for the Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1975 to 1977 as a tight end. Novak was drafted by the Bengals in the twelfth round of the 1972 NFL Draft by the Bengals. He played at the collegiate level at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Novak was born Clarence John Novak on June 6, 1953 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin.[1] currently coaches high school football in kewaunee
