Record vs. OpponentsEdit

Season-by-season win and loss recordsEdit

The Texans have competed in the NFL since their inaugural season in 2002. In that time, the Texans have had only one winning season, finishing 9-7 in 2009, and only two non-losing seasons, finishing 8-8 in 2007 and 2008.

The Texans have not reached the post season since entering the league. As of 2008, they are the only NFL team to have never participated in the postseason and are one of four active NFL teams that have yet to appear in a Super Bowl along with the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars.
