Eric Upton (born 1953 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a former professional Canadian football player with the Canadian Football League's Edmonton Eskimos. After playing college football at the University of Ottawa, Upton spent his entire 10 year CFL career as an offensive lineman. He was named CFL Western All-Star 3 times and was a part of five Grey Cup championship teams with the Eskimos.
