Edward Jasper (born January 18, 1973 in Tyler, Texas) is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 1997 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas A&M.
Jasper also played for the Atlanta Falcons and Oakland Raiders.
