Duane Hawthorne (born August 26, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former professional American football cornerback in the National Football League. He played four seasons for the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers. He now teaches health and is the head football coach at Hazelwood West High School in St. Louis, Missouri.
