Don "Wink" Martindale[1] (born May 19, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio) was the former defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos and current linebackers coach for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He was promoted to defensive coordinator on January 28, 2010 after spending the previous season as the teams linebackers coach.[2]
Martindale has previously been a coach for Defiance College, the University of Notre Dame, University of Cincinnati, Western Kentucky University, and the Oakland Raiders.
Before the 2009 season Martindale interviewed for the Raiders head coaching job.[3]
On February 2, 2012 the Baltimore Ravens signed Martindale as linebackers coach.[4]
