Concordia College Alabama is a college of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod's Concordia University System, located in Selma, Alabama, in the United States. It is the only historically black college in the Concordia System.

Concordia College is one of ten colleges and universities of the Concordia University System of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.

History

The college was founded in 1922.

Campus

Concordia College's Bakke Hall and the Dormitory, completed in 1928, were both added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on June 19, 1997.[2]

Athletics

The Concordia College sports teams, collectively known as the Hornets, compete in men's intercollegiate basketball, soccer, football, and baseball along with women's intercollegiate softball, track, soccer, golf, volleyball.
