Charles Val Hall Jr. (born March 31, 1948 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a former American football defensive back in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 1971 NFL Draft. He played college football at Pittsburgh.[1]
