Cecil B. Souders (born January 3, 1921) is a former American football player. He played professional in the National Football League (NFL) for the Detroit Lions. Born in Bucyrus, Ohio, Souders played college football at Ohio State University, where he was a three-time All-American. He also played in two East–West Shrine Games and one All Star game. Souders is a member of the Ohio State Hall of Fame and was drafted in the 25th round of the 1945 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
