Carlos Devonn Polk (born February 22, 1977 In Memphis, Tennessee) is a retired American football linebacker. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Nebraska. He has also played for the Dallas Cowboys. Polk is now working for the San Diego Chargers, assisting in linebackers drills and special teams.

Polk attended Guilford High School (Illinois) in Rockford, Illinois, where he was a standout for the Vikings.
