Alan Hays Grant (born October 1, 1966 in Pasadena, California) is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League for the Indianapolis Colts, San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Stanford University and was drafted in the fourth round of the 1990 NFL Draft. Prior to attending Stanford he attended St. Francis High School in La Cañada Flintridge, California where he was a stand out in both football and track & field.
