The 2019 Penn Quakers football team will represent the University of Pennsylvania during the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They will be led by fifth-year head coach Ray Priore and play their home games at Franklin Field. They are a member of the Ivy League.

The Quakers finished the 2018 season 6–4, 3–3 in Ivy League play to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place.
