The 2013 Southeastern Conference football season will begin on August 31 with Ole Miss visiting Vanderbilt, and conclude with the Allstate Sugar Bowl and/or the BCS National Championship Game in early January.[1] This season's schedule is considered to be a "bridge" season and is not based on any past or future formatting. New inter-division rivalry games between Texas A&M-South Carolina and Arkansas-Missouri will not take place until the 2014 season.
