  • tie 1 The New York Jets pick ahead of Tennessee because of a head-to-head loss in Week 15.
  • not tied 1 Since Chicago posted the best regular season record among non-playoff teams, it will pick 20th in every round.
  • not tied 2 Since Seattle and Green Bay reached the Divisional Round while Indianapolis did not, Indianapolis will pick 24th in every round, while Seattle and Green Bay will alternate the 25th and 26th picks.

Popular cultureEdit

During Super Bowl XLVII, the NFL presented a promotional advertisement for the 2013 Draft featuring retired athlete Deion Sanders attempting a comeback return under the name "Leon Sandcastle". The ad followed the fictional exploits of Sanders (portrayed by Ball State cornerback Andre Dawson) through tryouts until he is drafted first overall by the Kansas City Chiefs.[75]
