The 2004 Washington State Cougars football team represented Washington State University in 2004 NCAA Division I-A football season. The team was led by second-year head coach Bill Doba, and played its home games at Martin Stadium in Pullman, with one in Seattle at Qwest Field. The Cougars were 5–6 overall and 3–5 in the Pacific-10 Conference, in seventh place.
