The 2002 Oakland Raiders season was the club’s 43rd season in the NFL. The club qualified for its first Super Bowl appearance since the 1983 season. It would be the club’s fifth appearance in the Super Bowl. As of the 2010 season, the Raiders have not appeared in a playoff game since.
