The 1936 New Mexico Lobos football team represented the University of New Mexico in the Border Conference during the 1936 college football season . In their third and final season under head coach Gwinn Henry , the Lobos compiled a 2–7 record (1–4 against Border opponents), finished last in the conference, and were outscored by opponents by a total of 95 to 71.[1] [2]
