Template:1905 college football records The 1905 Colorado Silver and Gold football team was an American football team that represented the University of Colorado during the 1905 college football season. The team left the Colorado Football Association, becoming an independent, only to return to the CFA for the following season. As of 2015[update], CU terms this decision as "rules/membership disputes."[1]:144 Head coach Willis Kienholz led the team to an 8–1 record in his only season.[1]:128
